- Is this confidential? Yes. I value and respect that everyone has their own level of comfort with sharing. I want you to trust me to help you, and with that comes an investment on your part in trusting me.
- What do we do in a consultation? I am happy to learn more about your family's unique needs and share resources I can provide in a follow-up email. If you require additional services, I offer more options.
- Is there a cost to the consultation and follow-up email? No! All of this is at no cost to you.
- Will there be a cost if we decide to have follow-up services? Yes, I love helping people one-on-one, but if you truly need more than the initial consultation and choose to include me in your journey, there will be a cost associated with it. That said, my goal is to help teach you along the way how to do all of this without me.
- Will there be a contract? For the consultation, no. However, if you would like to continue your journey with me, a contract will be in place. The cost will depend on the services you require.
- How much will it cost? If you choose to move forward, the cost structure will be tailored to your needs. Since every situation is so unique, so will the cost. However, I will be fully transparent, and you do not need to proceed if you are not comfortable with the cost.
- How will we meet? I mostly meet via Zoom. I will send the link. I met over the phone as well, but I find that Zoom or in-person meetings are the best. However, the initial consultation will be over Zoom unless you require an accommodation, in which case I will do my best to meet your needs.
- Do you help everyone? I will try my best! I am one person at the moment, so as long as I can, I will consult with everyone I can. That said, I will provide you with options for a time to meet. If we can’t find a time that works, it is your choice whether you would like to wait until we can find a time that works for both of us.
- Why are your hours all over the place? I am a mom, wife, and actively involved in our community. I appreciate the opportunity to work with people on their schedules as well, so you may see options in my calendar during the day, some evenings, and on weekends. I will not send replies to emails outside business hours unless you request a reply as soon as possible.
